Synco Non – Violation Agreement

In order to ensure the forming of a healthy community as well as the rights of the users, content creators and authors of musical and other artistic works, please agree to the following terms before using this application:

If you wish to upload content, it will under no circumstances include copyrighted works of third parties, or parts of their copyrighted works without their specific permission to use that content, or another equivalent way of acquiring the legal right to do so. In case of copyright infringement, you will be held liable for the content you uploaded to the website. It is possible that we use automated or non-automated systems to analyze and check the content you upload, in order to distinguish cases of copyright infringement as well as other illegal or malicious content.

You are the author and owner of all the content you upload on the application. However, in order for the application to work properly, you will need to assign certain rights to “Synco Mobile Application” and to other users, as described below.

When uploading content to “Synco Mobile Application”, you hereby grant “Synco Mobile Application” a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licenseable and transferable license: to use, distribute, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, perform and display the content in connection with our website and the “Synco Mobile Application” (and its affiliates' and successors') business, including, without limitation to, for promoting and redistributing part or all of the service (and derivative works thereof) through any media channels and in any media formats

You also hereby restrict to use, distribute, reproduce, display and prepare derivative works such as remixes on the contents available at Synco Mobile Application under the Terms of Use through the functionality of the application.

The aforementioned licenses granted by you in audiovisual content which you submit to the website terminate within a commercially reasonable time after your removal or deletion of the content from the website. You understand and agree, however, that “Synco Mobile Application” may retain, however, not display, perform, or distribute, server copies of your content which have been removed or deleted. The above licenses, which you granted in user comments you submit are perpetual and irrevocable.

“Synco Mobile Application” can terminate a user's access to the website if, despite being notified and under appropriate circumstances, the user is found to be a repeat infringer. “Synco Mobile Application” reserves the right to decide whether certain content violates the Terms of Use for reasons not only pertaining to copyright infringement, but also such as, however not limited to, pornography, political influence contents, racism and obscenity. “Synco Mobile Application” may at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, remove such content. “Synco Mobile Application” also retains the right, after notifying the user, to terminate the user's account for uploading such material in violation of the non-violation agreement.
